Kenechi chose Million Moms as his charity. He said, “I wanted to give money to Million Moms because I don’t think that there is anything more tragic than a mother and her child dying the process of childbirth. Childbirth is meant to be a beautiful moment for the family of the mother and child, but that moment all too often turns into tragedy. I want to give money to this charity so I can do my part to help people prevent and cope with infant [and maternal] mortality.”

Did he find some of this on their website? I hope so!  That was the idea – for him and his sister to get at least an idea of what the charity does and who benefits from it.

He received his T-shirt in thanks for his gift a week ago.
